Delete your FitVen account
FitVen is the training app published by Sebastian Dalbjørn. This page is how you delete your account and everything stored with it — or just part of it, if that is all you want gone.
If you still have the app
This is immediate and needs nobody's help:
- Open FitVen and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the Account card at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is gone by the time the screen closes. There is no waiting period and nothing to undo.
If you have already uninstalled it
Write to the address below from the email address the account uses, and it will be deleted for you. Nothing else is needed — no password, no reinstalling the app.
zhadowseb@gmail.com — answered within one month at the latest, which is the deadline the GDPR sets, and normally much sooner.
Deleting only part of your data
You do not have to delete the whole account to get rid of something. In the app you can delete any program, workout, exercise, set, tracked run and its route, sickness entry, or published post, on its own and straight away. Deleting a program takes everything inside it with it.
If you would rather it was done for you, or you no longer have the app, write to the address above and say what you want removed instead of asking for the whole account to go.
What is deleted
| Your training | Programs, workouts, exercises, sets, personal records, sickness entries, tracked runs and their routes |
|---|---|
| Your profile | Display name, username, bio, birth year, and your profile photo |
| Your social data | Who you follow, who follows you, anyone you blocked, your posts and your likes |
| Notifications | Everything you were sent, and the token identifying your device |
| The sign-in itself | Your email address and password |
| This phone's copy | The local database, when you delete from inside the app |
What is kept
Nothing. There is no grace period, no archive and no database backup you could be restored from, so deletion is final in every copy at once.
