FitVen is a training log for people who follow a plan. It is made by Sebastian Dalbjørn. If something is broken, unclear, or missing, write to the address below — it reaches a person, not a queue.

Tell me which phone you are using and what you did just before the problem appeared. That is almost always enough to find it.

Open the menu on a post somebody else wrote and choose
Report post. An account is reported from your
followers and following lists, next to Block. Pick a
reason and add anything we should know.
Reports are read within a day. A post reported by two different people leaves the feed straight away and is read afterwards. The person reported is never told who reported them. If you would rather write directly, use the email address above and say which account or post you mean. |

| I forgot my password | Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. You will get an email with a link that lets you set a new one. Check your spam folder before writing in — the mail comes from fitven.dk. |
| Does FitVen work without internet? | Yes. Everything is stored on the phone first and synced when there is a connection, so a basement gym is not a problem. |
| Who can see my workouts? | Nobody, unless you publish a workout summary yourself. When you do, you choose each time whether it goes to everyone, only the people who follow you, or nobody — and which exercises are included. |
| Someone is bothering me | Open their profile and choose Block. Blocking removes the follow in both directions and stops them following you again. If someone is posting something that should not be on the service, write to the address above and it will be dealt with. |
| How do I delete my account? | In the app: Profile → the Account card at the bottom → Delete account. It is immediate and there is nothing to undo. If you have already uninstalled the app, see the deletion page. |
| Can I delete only some of my data? | Yes. Any program, workout, exercise, set, sickness entry or post can be deleted on its own, at any time, without touching the rest. |
| Does FitVen cost anything? | No. There are no ads, no subscription and nothing to buy. |
